This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which PitchCamp collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users, customer or clients of PitchCamp. This privacy policy applies to the the Service and any other products and services offered by PitchCamp.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Service, register on the Service, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Service. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name and email address. Users may, however, use our Service anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identifying information.

Information collection

We may collect Users’ account information and non-personal identification information whenever they interact with our Service. Account information may include account name and type. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Service, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Web browser cookies

Our Service may use «cookies» to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Service may not function properly.

How we use collected information

The general uses described below do not apply to Google user data. Google user data is handled exclusively as described in the "Google User Data" section of this Privacy Policy.

PitchCamp may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

To improve customer service

Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

To personalize user experience

We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users use the products and resources provided as a part of our Service.

To improve our Site

We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.

To send periodic emails

We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their Service usage. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Service.

Google User Data

PitchCamp allows authorized campground users to connect their Google account so that PitchCamp can send reservation confirmations, reminders, receipts, and other campground-related communications to their clients through the campground's Gmail account.

When a user connects their Google account, PitchCamp may access the user's Google email address, basic account information, authorization tokens, and the Gmail functionality required to send emails requested or configured by the user.

PitchCamp uses Google user data solely to provide and improve the user-facing Gmail integration within PitchCamp. Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, creditworthiness, or any unrelated purpose. PitchCamp does not sell Google user data or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

PitchCamp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google User Data Retention and Deletion

Google OAuth authorization tokens are retained only while the user's Google account remains connected to PitchCamp. Users may disconnect their Google account from PitchCamp at any time, after which the associated authorization tokens are deleted or invalidated.

PitchCamp does not retain the contents of messages obtained from a user's Gmail mailbox. Emails created and sent through PitchCamp, including recipient, subject, and message content, are retained as part of the campground's reservation and email-delivery records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, and are not automatically deleted when a Google account is disconnected.

Users may request deletion of their Google user data by disconnecting their Google account, deleting their PitchCamp account, or contacting PitchCamp. Upon a valid deletion request, Google authorization tokens and associated Google user data are deleted from active systems. Any remaining backup copies are deleted according to PitchCamp's standard backup-retention schedule, unless retention is required by law or necessary for security purposes.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Service. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Service and its Users is available over a SSL secured communication channel and may be encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Service or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.

Changes to this privacy policy

PitchCamp has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and send you an email. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this PitchCamp, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
