Overview
The dashboard is the first page you see when you log in to PitchCamp. It provides a quick overview of your campground's performance and key metrics. The dashboard is divided into several sections, each providing valuable insights into your campground's operations.
Accessing the Dashboard¶
To access the dashboard at any time, click on the Dashboard menu located under the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Dashboard Date Range¶
The dashboard has a date selector that allows you to view data for a specific date range. You can choose from predefined seasonal dates ranges, such as 2022, 2023, or specify a custom date range.'
When you select a date range, the dashboard will update to display data for that period.
Dashboard Revenue Widget¶
The dashboard revenue widget provides a quick overview of your campground's revenue for the selected date range. It displays the total for the selected date range in a timeline format, allowing you to see how your revenue has changed over time.
Revenue - Payment Date vs Arrival Date¶
The revenue widget can be toggled between two modes: Payment Date and Arrival Date.

Payment Date Payments are filtered and grouped by when they were received. This view helps you understand when revenue was collected, regardless of the reservation arrival date. Filters in the payments based on the date the payment was collected, providing insights into cash flow and payment trends over time.

Arrival Date Payments are filtered by the reservation arrival date, but still show when the payments were received. This view uses the reservation’s arrival date as the filter, but shows when the payments were actually received. For example, a June arrival may include payments made months earlier or later, helping you see how revenue for those stays are collected over time.
Dashboard Revenue Widget Privilege¶
The dashboard revenue widget is only visible to users with the Seasonal Revenue privilege. If you do not have this privilege, you will not see the revenue widget on the dashboard.
