Viewing and Resending Reservation Emails¶
PitchCamp lets you check the status of every email sent for a reservation and resend it directly from the reservation grid.
Step 1 — Open the Sent Emails Panel¶
Go to the Reservation Grid and scroll to the right until you see the Sent Emails column. Hover over the Sent Emails badge for the reservation you want to check.

A popup will appear listing all emails sent for that reservation. Each row shows:

| Status | Whether the email was successfully sent |
| Date Sent | The date and time the email was sent |
| Opened | A green Yes badge if the recipient opened the email |
| Subject | The subject line of the email |
Step 2 — View the Email Details¶
Click on any row in the popup to open the email detail panel. You will see:
- Date Sent — when the email was originally sent
- Date Opened — when the recipient opened it (if applicable)
- Subject — the email subject
- To — the email address(es) the email was sent to

Step 3 — Resend the Email¶
In the To field you can modify or add additional email addresses, separated by a comma ,.
Once the addresses are correct, click the Resend Email button in the bottom left of the panel to send the email again.
