Reservation Item Fulfillment Report¶
Use this report to track items that require physical delivery, including products, services, or reservation add-ons such as firewood bundles, ice, and other extras. It provides your staff with a clear, filtered view of what still needs to be delivered and what has already been fulfilled helping you stay on top of tasks before guests arrive.
Accessing the Reservation Item Fulfillment Report:¶
To access the report, expand the Report menu in the left-hand navigation and select Reservation Item Fulfillment from the list.

Report Overview:¶
The report displays all reservation items that have fulfillment enabled, along with their current fulfillment status. Each row represents one item attached to a reservation and includes key details such as the lot, arrival date, item name, quantity, and whether it has been fulfilled.

Fulfilled Filter:¶
The Fulfilled filter lets you control which items are shown in the report based on their fulfillment status.
- No — shows only items that have not yet been fulfilled. This is the most common view for staff preparing deliveries.
- Yes — shows items that have already been fulfilled.
- All — shows all items regardless of fulfillment status if none checked, or both fulfilled and unfulfilled items if both options are checked.

Date Selection:¶
The date range is based on the Arrival Date of the reservation. Only reservations with an arrival date within the selected range will appear in the report. You can manually select your start and end dates using the date picker fields.

Reservation ID Link:¶
Each row in the report includes a clickable Reservation ID. Clicking it will open the corresponding reservation directly, allowing you to quickly review details, make updates, or mark the fulfillment from within the reservation.
Column Selection:¶
You can customize which columns are displayed in the report using the Column Selection panel. The following columns are available:
- Reservation ID — the unique reservation identifier (clickable)
- First Name — guest's first name
- Last Name — guest's last name
- Lot — the lot number associated with the reservation
- Arrival Date — the guest's scheduled arrival date
- Departure Date — the guest's scheduled departure date
- Item — the name of the item requiring fulfillment
- SKU — the item's SKU code
- Qty — the quantity of the item ordered
- Fulfilled — whether the item has been fulfilled (Yes / No)
- Fulfilled At — the date and time the item was marked as fulfilled
- Fulfilled By — the staff member who fulfilled the item
Display Sum:¶
Under Report Settings, you can toggle Display Sum to show a total quantity sum at the bottom of the report. This is useful for quickly seeing how many total items still need to be fulfilled.
