Fulfillment Reminder Popup

The Fulfillment Reminder Popup helps ensure that any add-ons purchased with a reservation—such as firewood, ice, or rental equipment—are properly fulfilled during the guest check-in process.

This feature acts as a gentle reminder for staff (and optionally for guests during self check-in) to complete any outstanding fulfillment tasks tied to a reservation.

Overview:

  • A popup notification will appear whenever a reservation is marked as Checked In, and the reservation has add-ons requiring fulfillment.
  • Add-ons must be configured in the ADMIN panel to specify whether they require fulfillment.
  • The popup clearly lists the items that still need to be fulfilled.
  • Users can choose:
  • Mark as Fulfilled – confirms the item(s) were provided.

Enabling Fulfillment Requirements for Product Items (ADMIN Panel)

Before the popup can appear, campground owners must specify which product items require fulfillment.
This is configured within the ADMIN side of PitchCamp.

How to Enable Fulfillment for a Product or Add-On

To enable fulfillment tracking for any product item:

  1. Go to the Admin Menu.
  2. Navigate to Products Inventory and Click on the Product Tab.
  3. Select or edit the product you want to modify (e.g., Firewood, Ice, Propane Refill).
  4. Locate the option labeled Show Fulfillment Popup”.
  5. Toggle the setting to Enabled (Yes).
  6. Click Save.

What Happens After Enabling Fulfillment

  • Any reservation that includes this product will now appear in the Fulfillment Reminder Popup during check-in.
  • Staff will be prompted to confirm fulfillment before completing the check-in process.

This ensures consistent delivery of items and prevents missed add-on fulfillment.

Checking In a Reservation with Fulfillment Reminder

When checking in a reservation that includes items requiring fulfillment:

  • A popup will appear listing all items that need to be fulfilled.
  • Staff can review the list and check off items as they are provided to the guest.

Viewing Fulfillment Status

Once fulfilled:

  • The reservation will show an updated status
  • Staff can review fulfillment details in the Reservation Edit panel under the Product and Services section.
